We aim to ship all items in stock within 1 - 2 working days of placing the order unless otherwise stated. Custom items are designed and made to order and the time frame can vary for these items. Items sent by First Class Mail (our free service) will not be insured and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Special Delivery is available and theses items will be tracked and insured.
On International Mail, customers are responsible for any customs duties.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How We Do It
If you require an item to be returned or exchanged, please contact us first.
We are here to help in any way we can with your order.
When you buy from an independent artist, we really do do a little happy dance, so if ever there is a problem with your order, we would really appreciate the opportunity to put it right. We want you to be as happy as we are when you choose to buy from us.
That being said, should there be any hiccups along the way please refer to these guideline as to how to proceed.
Firstly, please contact us and let us know what the issue is, if you don’t tell us about it we can’t help with the problem.
From receipt of your order you have 14 days to get in contact if you feel there is something wrong and you are not happy and a further 14 days for the item to be received by us for inspection.
Any additional postage charges will be refunded along with the item price if we were at fault and it was our glitch after inspection providing proof of postage paid is also included, for example a photograph of receipt. Any additional postage that is as a result of the purchaser’s error will not be refunded.
The item/items in question should be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
If for some reason the item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately, send us a photograph of said damage. We will do our utmost to rectify the problem. If there is something wrong and it was our error we will happily exchange the item for a replacement or offer a full refund once the item/items have been returned to us. If however it was something that was out of our control once sent out for shipping, for example in transit with the postal/courier service, we will not be held liable for these damages. We will give you all the details of the service we used, and you will be able to contact them directly to arrange compensation for the damage caused.
Items that are excluded from returns and exchanges are as follows:
items that have been custom made.
made to order, or any custom designs which have been made to your specific request or size.
and items that cannot be returned to stock for hygiene purposes, for example, earrings.
You are welcome to return any item back to us for a refund providing the above criteria have not been breached.
To return your product, you should contact us and we will supply you with an address to return the item/items too.
Your Data is Safe
For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.noodleandmeow.com
“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can Purchase goods through our ecommerce platform.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email address, full name, address, and contact information which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.

IV. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail.
